We are one of the first regional private equity firms with a dedicated team of post-acquisition specialists. Our private debt business focuses on providing capital to traditionally underserved firms in the Middle East and Turkey and Africa, supporting their growth ambitions and regional expansion. We also specialise in providing acquisition finance to regional and global investment firms looking to invest in leveraged buy-outs.

In property, we have teamed up with The Related Companies, the most prominent privately owned real estate firm in the United States, to create iconic mixed-use developments that cater to the Gulf’s increasingly affluent consumer class. Our real estate development arm, Gulf Related, specialises in high-end retail, mixed-use and residential developments across the Gulf.
